Nice thread....though most haters will still wanna turn a blind eye to it but it a fact that a leader does not often rule or make decisions on his own whats the use of an advisor or any other subject if you actually think you can rule or make decisions on your own?

Lol the whole Kage title has been completely trolled in part II... Minato and Hirizen were clearly intelligent and wise leaders, but Tsunade, A, and Gaara? It seems like the whole point of being kage has been degraded into making sure the strongest ninja stays in the village and isn't outside of the village on a mission if the village needs defending. Naruto doesn't need to do any busywork since he can have other people do it like tsunade does...

Dude Hurizen didn't make all the decisions. Danzo and the elders also played a part in the decision making. So during Hurizen and Minato's reign, 3 other people were also managing Konoha. Even if Danzo did stuff in the shadows. You saw how the elders were with Tsunade, they forced their decisions on her and she had to agree, until she yelled at them during pain invasion. Something tells me they did the same with Hurizen

he's older than gaara was he's not as dumb as he used to be if they let him test he'd rank up in like a day he's fighting madara fought the best kage of all time and several other legendary immortal ninja how much more experience is necessary everyone thought he could be hokage after pain

Even kakashi, Tsunade, jiraya, gaara, his friends, Minato, Kushina and most of the people in Konoha believes that Naruto can become hokage. So with so many people believing in Naruto, I think he will make a good Hokage.

Also the intelligence part is an issue. Naruto today is a "doer" He's not a thinker. So let's say that the village is under attack, Naruto is garaunteed to be the best one suited to defend it, but for example Shikamaru, Kakashi or Sakura just for a few examples would be much better suited to form up an evacuation plan for civilians. If the fire fuedal lord sent a proposition about new tax rates for the village. Would you seriously pick Naruto as the person best suited to make a decision. You talk a lot about advisors and having someone else do it for him, but even though he gets help Naruto today is stupid that he probably can't even grasp the concept of taxes. Even though you have to be a powerful ninja to be kage that's not the main portion of the job, this makes Naruto at least the Naruto that is in the war now really unsuited for the role of hokage.

Excellent points!! However, I wish to point out that Gaara was a Jonin, he entered the normal ranks and forces in Sunagakure after the attack on the Konoha and being changed by Naruto, he had become a captain of his squad with two other other chunin ^^

Of course they had also done so with Hiruzen, it had been well explained upon the matter of the Uchiha planning a coup de tat, Hiruzen sought for a peace treaty with the Uchiha while the other three outvoted him and instead vouched to have them wiped out completely.
