He is a rolemodel-
Naruto has shown to be a rolemodel towards Konohamaru and his friends. After the pain invasion, other kids wanted to be just like Naruto... Even the older Jonins admired Naruto after he defeated Pain.

Someone people can depend on-
Naruto was always the type to be counted on when people needed him. Like when pain attacked the village or when Sasuke almost killed Sakura, Naruto showed up always at the right time. He also has shown in this war what he is capable of. If it wasn't for him, the allied shinobi force would've lost when the white zetsus attacked.

Protecting the village-
Naruto has protected the village against Gaara and pain. Now Naruto has a new friend who can help him in his battles to protect the village(Kurama).

Naruto's Will-
One other thing that people admire a lot in a person......is will...and out of all characters in Naruto, Naruto has the most will. A hokage is supposed to protect his/her village and with Naruto as hokage the village can lie in peace knowing that Naruto will protect any and everyone(for the right cause) until he's dead.

Still too young-
Gaara became the Kazekage, so you don't have to be old, as long as you have the power to protect your village. Some might say that Gaara's village doesn't have anyone worthy of being Kazekage other than him, but that doesn't change the fact that Gaara Is doing a good job at being Kazekage.

Lack of Jutsus-
Lack of jutsus isn't an issue. It doesn't matter if you don't have a lot of jutsus, as long as you have the power to protect your village. Naruto already did it twice. Naruto vs Gaara and Naruto vs Pain. Naruto still has lots of room for improvement, so even if he doesn't know a lot of jutsus, he can still learn some. 3.
Lack of intellegence-
Some claim that Naruto doesn't have the smarts to become hokage and paperwork is an issue. Well, look at the 3rd Hokage and Minato. We saw that The 3rd was doing paperwork in his office, while Minato was with Kushina.

Well, kushina was having a baby that night, but before that when Kushina, minato and the 3rd and his wife was discussing about the baby's birth, the third seemed to of sat in an office and Minato seemed to of had a lot of free time, so I assume the 3rd did the paperwork and most of the other stuff.

Also, even the third didn't make decisions on his own. He had Danzo and the elders who also made decisions for Konoha.

So saying Naruto isn't smart enough to make important decision for konoha.... he still has other people that could make good advisors and he also has time to learn

Gaara also has advisors who makes decisions for his village and he is still learning. All that is required is that people believe in Naruto and is willing to accept him as their leader. 4.
Ranking-
People say Naruto can't become Hokage because he's still a genin. I don't see how being a genin is such a big deal. Nobody has shown any proof that Gaara was a jonin before he became Kazekage. 5.
Lack of experience-
Naruto is still young and can still learn new things. Like I said he will have advisors to help him with important stuff and Naruto can learn along the way. People who believes Naruto can become Hokage: Iruka was the first person to believe in Naruto, that knew he would make a great Hokage someday.

Even kakashi, Tsunade, jiraya, gaara, his friends, Minato, Kushina and most of the people in Konoha believes that Naruto can become hokage. So with so many people believing in Naruto, I think he will make a good Hokage. Naruto Hokage pics:

Note on paperwork: As far as paperwork goes Naruto can have his subornites to help him
This applies for almost anything else Naruto needs to do too.
