Sasuke has a COMPLETE/MATURE susano not PERFECT.....
1. Never it is said in the manga, and they always scream tech names, and if sasuke was one to use perfect susano first it would have been mentioned.
2. Lets face it sasuke just got his susano on par with itachi's excluding sword and mirror.
Analysis: sasuke had only 2nd cover at kage summit and got the third layer after ems. So he would not have mastered it yet. Plus did u note the size difference? Perfect susano should be bigger, much bigger.

2. You realize that other than the basic elementary clone jutsu that you learn in the Academy, clones are actually a Jonin/Kage level technique? It's not actually a "basic" jutsu. Sasuke can't use clones either. Asuma never used clones. Pain never used clones. Minato never used clones. There are a plethora of skilled ninja who can't or don't use them.

3. You can't control the TAILED BEAST itself as a perfect Jinchuuriki unless you control the Jinchuuriki itself. Do you think that Minato would have sealed the Kyuubi inside his son to fight Tobi (a known Sharingan user presumed to be Madara) if it were that easy? Minato assumed that Tobi was Madara, but also knew that whoever Tobi was had the power to control the Kyuubi.

On top of that, Tobi had to wait until Kushina's seal was weak until he took the Kyuubi, when he could have just tracked her down on a mission, took control of the Kyuubi, and marched off to Konoha.

This thread is comparing EMS Madara to Sasuke, not Rinnegan Madara.

Anyways, based on the latest chapter, If Madara can create the perfect Susanoo without Rinnegan, then EMS Madara is currently greater than Sasuke.

However, I wouldn't be suprised that Sasuke will probably create a perfect Susanoo too in future chapters.

But for now, EMS Madara > Sasuke.

Both are considered geniuses. I don't know about anyone else but when I see Sasuke I just cant help but see a younger Madara. It just seems like Sasuke is going through the same thing Madara went through.
