Madara died shortly after getting rinnegan, so if i say getting rinnegan needs a near death experiance? just like ms needs a deep feeling of sorrow of losing someone. Thats why try to steer clear of hypothetical situations.

Plus rinnegans users are the one's who changes the world either by peace or by war, but u cant say that sasuke has any greater plans even if he gets stonger than SO6P, he is narrowminded, selfish and very easily manipulated. So even if he gets rinne he is unworthy. How can one like such a person, who kills his comrades for power and dreams of killing a village full of innocent people and even the one's love him. Sasuke can get all the power u want, but the fact will remain that he is utter waste, even itachi's crime is slightly understandable (at least he repents, just like nagato). Its just like kankuro said, ppl who drool over cool is the worst.

Yes I believe Sasuke will get the Rinnegan but it's clear you just don't want him to get it

2. He can use tsukiomy or at least genjutsu nearly same as sasuke, but genjutsu against ems shld be useless
3. he can use susano perfect form ( Also sasuke is not so perfect yet, just lil intimidating)
4. Also anyone doubts madara's chakra now? Atleast 10 susano, 2 meteors, a forest, katon and dont seem finished yet, even if he had half that chakra as a living person its enormous.

I dont want him to get rinnegan untill he changes his attitude, if he gets rinnegan and continues killing innocents more easily thats not gona help anyone much. Power is nothing without purpose, and power should not be given to ppl with wrong purpose. Do u want sasuke to get rinnegan only so he could kill children, old people, ramen guy, asuma's child etc etc? Then what if tobi tricks sasuke into destroying more villages? So NO i dont want sasuke to get rinnegan untill he comes to his senses.

after seeing that i have my doubt about sasuke beating him for now ill say madara with very very high diff but just for now untill sasuke show another feat dam it makes me mad but for now madara with high high high diff and the giant fire ball is BS a amaterasu > giant katon or a susanoo ribcage to block

Amaterasu dont works on susano much, dont u remember sasuke using amaterasu covering on his susano to stop raikage?

Amaterasu dont works on susano much, dont u remember sasuke using amaterasu covering on his susano to stop raikage?

i never said anything about amaterasu > susanoo its clearly doesnt burn susanoo but i dont care madara doesnt have enton release or blaze release

Elemental releases:
Sasuke- Lightning, Blaze, Fire
EMS Madara- Fire
Battle tactics:
Sasuke- Amazing. Look at his fights against Deidara and Danzo for proof.
Madara- Extremely smug and underestimates his opponents.
Susano'o: (About even)
Sasuke- Extremely precise and deadly quick arrows. Also, Amaterasu-balls.
Madara- Legs and four arms. Also has Magatama.
Chakra, 1-10:
Sasuke- 8
Madara- 10(hype)
So the statistics show that Sasuke should be a little better, but isn't

Am i wrong to want innocent people to live? I cant always get what i want but at least i can wish. If sasuke is evil he would be vanquished eventually, with rinnegan or without it (if u want proof of that see every other anime in the world, bad guys always lose)

Well then he will use shadow clones or fire clone(like kakashi's lighning clone) whatever, there is always alternatives for clones.
