Although a society or civil people never wants any type of villain or hooligans but in this world every one has a space and so is for the villains. If it asked about the "good" features of villain then it is his dedication for any kind of work and until he finishes it, he never sits idle. The other thing is his boldness and no fear from anyone which even the common man lacks. All these "qualities" makes a perfect villain.
