What makes a Manga/Anime great???

U know i thought about that also i wanted to see two geniuses go at it there are so many battles that i wanna see a manga/anime can surpass naruto and dbz if they have quality battles

fillers are horrible don't do it a short anime with a great story is better then a long one full of fillers
