What Madara doesn´t know

From what we´ve seen, the first hokages cells reacts to narutos rikudo-mode. We´ve seen that trees started to grow out of Yamatos "wooden dragon-face", the same thing happened to the white Zetsus when naruto was beating on them.
Tsunade made the speculation that Madara secret to his long life is indeed because of having harvested the firsts cells so during their battle, will Madara turn into a tree? There is no way Madara can fight naruto rikudo-mode when he has the firsts cells.

What´re your thoughts?

Hashiramas cells become trees as we have seen plenty of examples of this, when i said "wooden dragon-face", i meant yamatos mokuton and how normal trees grew out of it cuz the firsts chakra is reacting to it.

it's not hashirama's cells.... It's Ying Chakra..... Reacting with Yang Chakra.... In the tree..... And if that was true.... Yamato has Hashirama's cells.... Why didn't he change?...... Madara isn't made out of wood.....

That's danzou's hashirama's cells.... hashirama's cells are difficult to control... he let it turn into a tree... Madara > Danzou.....

I don´t think he knows about narutos rikudo-mode yet, he probably doesn´t know that naruto looks like the so6p when using the kyuubis chakra.
Yes he knows everything about the kyuubi, but he doesn´t know everything about naruto the jinchuriki or what happens when he uses the kyuubis chakra cuz naruto doesn´t control the kyuubi, he restrained it while stealing its chakra(chakra thief,lol)

Why did Zetsu change then? Besides, we know little to nothing in the manga about ying and yang elements, if we knew more about it then we could talk about it.

Maybe Yamato didn't change because He isn't ENTIRELY made of Hashirama's cells and still have his own DNA ... while on the other Hand ... Zetsu is ENTIRELY made of Hashirama's DNA..
