What level would current Kakashi with a Rinnegan be ?

MS Obito level ? Higher than all current Kages ?

Considering OP you mean he has the chakra reserves to handle it, It'd be kool to see what Kakashi could come up with technique wise. He uses all 5 elements so him coming up with bad ass jutsu would be awesome to see

He has low stamina but Rinnegan can suck up chakra and make up for his absence of chakra

Obito could barely handle one Rinnegan, and said he "almost lost himself". (or something like that.) And he was running on senju steroids. Kakashi would probably die due to chakra loss shortly after the eye is implanted.

Edit: Presuming he could handle it, he would obviously be above the kages.(especially if he still had kamui as well)

If he had a Kurama cloak like that one Naruto gave him , he would be able to use the Rinnegan for quite some time, If not with his own chakra he cannot come near close to using it

He would have to constantly absorb chakra(24/7) to keep from exhaustion. Rinnegan >>> Sharingan when it comes to chakra drainage, He'd be alot weaker with major stamina issues.

P.S. Kakashi Isn't even compatible with Rinnegan, he doesn't have Asura's nor Indra's chakra, neither does he have hashi's cellroids to enhance reserves. /Thread.
