No. If not, he and Special Jonin Genma who took on the sound 4 in CS2 (that increases their own stats) without Chakra [

I read all of it and it still didn't address the underlying issues, it listed qualities of Jonin and under the definition Ebisu would be a jonin yet he's still a Tokujo. Also all missions take a ninja strengths and weaknesses into consideration when assigned even 3 man squads do the same. So that excuse is nonsense. I'm not interested in constantly repeating myself.

You mean Narjto haing Kutama chakra since his own was sealed it was enoigh to allow him a few dodges and collide with rotation before it disappeared. Thete wasnt much there and again Nejis surpaie was Naruto opening his points not the amount of chakra he was drawing.

Anyway you'd have a valid point if we could determine what stat lrvel would = a chunins and what what wouldn't. Has such a measurr been shown im the databooks or manga. Naruto uses a large amount of Kurama chakra to summon Bunta.. When fighting Neji, Naruto says the power is greater than when he did the summoning implying and obviously more chakra than when he did the summoning. But Salamander says Naruto's base chakra volume = these modes. Whatever you say man.

Yes it doesn't take excess into account but there's a volume that has been established and that volume has only been attained by the 30% Kisame clone and pre ship Naruto only. Gai isn't even considered for current volume and all of a sudden he has excess? C'mon man. :lol

Yet another poor attempt. Stats aren't used to determine Chuunin or Jonin ranks if not Neji who by 2nd DB had an overall stat of 25 would have been Chunin and Shikamaru who had an overall of 21.5 wouldn't.
