What level Kage is Tsunade really?

I've never seen tsunade use a jutsu, or a ninjutsu that is. not even substitution jutsu >_> she's good at taijutsu, but most of the kage's have special elements that's for far ranged..

She uses more ninjutsu than Sakura, look at her Kabuto Oro fight. But she is basically like Sakura na donly uses chakra control

Her fighting capabilities, not her politcal skill.

Fighting wise I would say Mid Kage Level.

I say Mid Kage at least. She has shown to be quite skillful through her struggle with Pain and her battle with Madara.
-Even though she didn't hold up in battle against Pain, she still saved countless ninja and civilian lives during that attack. It could have been a lot worse, and no current ninja in the leaf could have done what she has done, and even the past Hokages would have struggled with that fight.

-As seen with her battle against Madara, she held her own quite well again. She was the main leader in that fight other than Onoki. She proved how eqquied she is for battle

Tsunade has been underestimated on the base far to much IMO

The fact that Tsunade can use medical ninjutsu to keep her in fighting condition and Katsuyu as a proxy healer qualifies her to be a medium-high Kage. She has been through a torturous Tartarus, yet she bounces back in the end with her healing ninjutsu. Any other kage would have been down the first time.

If medium Kage was a value of 5 and High kage was a value of 6, Tsunade gets a value of 5.30.

Base on what we saw when Pain attacked the village, she's a Demi Goddess since she was able to protect the whole village, I couldn't imagine any of the past Hokages having anything to counter shinra tensei..

Medically, she's undoubtedly a Demi Goddess also
Politically, she's famous worldwide and has a wide influence so it makes her a High Kage level,(Higher or equal to the Fourth and the Third) and the way she handles situations and her analytic skills also make her High Kage level,
But when you compare her fighting skills to the othe rHokages, she'll be Mid Level at best.

High kage. She's did the best against madara Hands down she showed feats that I personally think put her above the other 4. She used an forbidden medical technique kept the other kages alive while being cut in half. The lady is a ****in boss. She has incredible strength great at taijutsu and the best medical nin in the show. She often gets discredited because she doesnt spam amaterasu and rasengan or some amazing ninjutsu but people fail to realized that without her No Naruto, Kakashi, or Lee. She saved Kakashi from Tysukomi but whatever thats my opinion

You are absolutely wrong. You really can't analyze a Naruto character's skills. And you even are a fan of Tobirama so you SHOULD be able to. But no. :|
