What level Kage is Tsunade really?

Tsunade has average speed (low speed if compared to people on the Kage level tier) and a relatively linear and predictable Taijutsu style.

The only thing that really makes her Kage level is her regeneration ability, and that can be bypassed by any ninja with an average IQ and with a jutsu that can destroy her brain (something that most upper tier ninja possess). She is a low Kage by definition since she isn't stronger than any other Kage (both past and present) barring old Hiruzen and Mei (who she is on par with, and perhaps slightly superior to).

I'd say she's mid to high level kage, since even among the gokage she's up there with Ay and Oonoki as the strongest.
I'm pretty sure she could defeat Ay if she uses all her arsenals, although I'd give a slight edge to Oonoki.

Gaara and Mei will lose by default. Katsuyus acid will melt gaaras sand, also his sands can't hold someone as strong as tsunade imo. Mei's attacks are rendered useless against mitotic regeneration.
Ay cant beat her since she's basically immortal using her mitotic regeration, besides she's stronger than ay, she once she caught him he'd be beaten to a pulp. Although Ay's speed might give him a fighting chance if he's able to attack tsunade multiple times.
Since Oonoki has flight, he could attack from the sky and tsunade can't fight him 100%, so she will lose.

In terms of combat ability, I'd say she is mid kage level at best. She's tanky and insanely strong, but lacks long ranged and elemental jutsu, which makes her seem inferior to other kages. :dunno:

I'm pretty sure gaaras sand is not really considered flying, since its levitation is propelled by the sand. Which means it could be disrupted by an attack from the ground. Even sand dissolves in acid, not just metals. Katsuyas spit could dissolve anything.

Base Tsunade is as strong as Ay using chakra enhancement. If Tsunade enhance herself with chakra she would be too much for Ay. A couldn't possible land a mortal blow on Tsuanade while mitotic regeneration is active.

Her regeneration is extremely fast as proven by her surviving mabuis teleportation which could have damage every cell of a normal human. Mei's lava is nothing compared to her regeneration.

How many ninjas have you seen to have suffered head shots in Naruto? I'm pretty sure that number don't exist. Besides it is common sense for anyone to protect their heads at all cost.

You make no sense bro. Sand is insoluble in acid you should know that from chemistry class and only in super strong I mean strong acid it rots slowly. So like I said his sand is either stopping the slug or slowing it down. Ez. Next thing is you say he can only levitate but levitate is a form of flying. That is like saying a Helicopter only levitates but it does not fly bro. With this your saying his sand can be cut off from the ground?

Lasty, you say Ay could not land a single blow. He would be landing blows on his second stage level. It would not be a single blow but it would be countless blows until he opens her up.

When she does heal it is not super fast instant arms. It is more of screaming in pain while mei still shoots it out with her. Like I say Mei and her might be tied by she is not super better than the rest.
She is not built like that right now. If she was a car she would be a American made minivan , comfortable for the kids, great support, good for moving stuff. But compared to Totoya she is not in it for the long run, to a super sport car she does not have the speed, and to a pick-up truck barely moving weight.

Ebisu is a jonin he met the requirements of that rank therefore he is just that, they did not bracket him into low-mid-high-elite etc. Just jonin therefore he is, he might be outclassed by other jonin but that doesn't make him any less of the jonin rank they gave him.

Yes i believe once you attain the rank you are among those people because its a stand alone rank and if you met the requirements to get there no matter what anyone else did to get there you all achieved the same rank. Some kage may be able to beat other kage but that doesn't make them any less of the kage rank they earned in their own right. Kage is the highest rank there for now and i feel like once you make it there it doesn't matter who can beat who in there you are all kage.

Point taken sloppy she got hit as many time a regular person would die from. Most people avoid taking damage but she gets the damage. If you recall she was fighting with cuts.

Ebisu is low jonin . People everyday meet tittles they can not live up to base on experience , skills set etc...
Thats why they even have grading systems in life because people like Ebisu if he took on a mission vs Zabuza he be dead. If this was a grading and you needed a D to pass Ebisu is the D while real jonnin is A+.
