Let me give you some very obvious reasons why you are wrong.

1. He was able to both summon & control the kyuubi, a feat said to only be accomplishable by madara uchiha himself.

2. He took out several anbu protecting the barrier to contain the kyuubi without suffering any damage or fatigue.

3. Kamui intangibility makes for an amazing defence against ANY attack.

4. One touch & he can warp you away forever.

5. Aided in slaughtering the uchiha.

6. Went toe the toe with minato, a kage.

Indeed, a single ability can make him beat high-kage ninjas and above, but it doesn't make him automatically high-kage himself.
Just like Kakashi can potentially 1-hit-KO someone like Madara or Hashirama doesn't put him above demigod level.

That's because apart from the time when he had Zetsu's help, Obito's Mokuton is weaker than Yamato's.
