Something can be artificial and still play a part in natural progression. It is the natural progression for a species to adapt to their surroundings and survive. Vaccinations against pathogens and diseases increases the chances of a species' survival, and yet that is artificial.

Secondly, artificial insemination is simply the name given because it's not the typical process of insemination. It still is a natural process, since it's nothing more than inserting semen into a vagina

Homosexuality has been observed in countless species aside from humans, and every single one has no social constructs like ours. Our scientific understanding of many things is still primitive, and sexuality is one of these areas. We only know that for humans at least, different hormonal balances in the womb result in different sexualities.

Same *** attraction could easily be nature's way of population control, or cue another 100 rational theories as to its inclusion in nature. As for the notion that it's being "forced", that's absurd. Kids whilst simplistic at times, do possess their own minds and tend to be carefree. Show them any couple of whatever makeup, and most won't be bothered.

To force it on them would mean to sit them down and give them diatribes with positive/negative reinforcement to forcibly instil one's beliefs in them... not see a same *** couple interact on a TV screen. Either way, they're going to see it one way or another. It's a part of life, whether anyone likes it or not.

I saw gay and lesbian couples as much as straight couples on British soaps as a kid, as did most others in my age gap - it's not a new thing here. Can I actually remember much about them? Nope. Kids also live very much for the moment and only fully remember that which is significant to them.
