Looks ok. Hopefully it isn't bad like the last Superman movie. Looks like Clark had a super fart at the end.

1.) tbh, i'm not sure if i like the idea of super-man being a hitchicker at any point in time.kinda untrue to not only the comic book, but kinda his whole character in general.
2.) Also, a vulture, and a ship leaving harbor... is that all supposed to be in kansas? Cause it seems like an origin story

This was awesome.
First impression I got when I saw the waves was Inception lol - wonder why
Then it was a complete Batman Begins vibe all over it.
Hans Zimmer's score is extraordinary. If this movie turns awesome, the soundtrack may end up putting me in tears.
It got C.Nolan's stamp all over it. I don't know how much they'll nail on the action part but all I know is that the psychological part and emotional journey of Superman is going to be magnificent. Can't wait.
The true challenge will be to make Superman looks like someone who can achieve everything but yet makes him look as a true hero and not a goofball-wannabe like Superman Returns was.
I was really hopeful for Superman to be revived under Nolan, Snyder and Goyer's control and this trailer definitely not disappoint me. They are in the perfect direction. Characterization of Clark Kent is going to be awe-inspiring thanks to Nolan's talent. Characterizing Superman well is going to be the litmus test and if the action is also well done, this will be a masterpiece.
Btw, here's the 2 HD versions (one with Russel Crowe and one with Kevin Costner)

Yea dude i agree alltho i dont agree with the composer it will never beat john williams version but none the less in does builds the intense of the film i am glad nolen took the job for sm he did a great job and the speed of superman when they showed him was lovely now thats how sm should look like when his going really fast (i do not think thats his full speed thought this trailer gets me hyped up..

I'm pumped for this film, but worried for DC overall. They nailed Batman perfectly recently and I think this Superman will be amazing too, but they haven't built a universe in the movie world like Marvel has because they've only focused on two heroes practically, and they are struggling with one of them. That's for a later topic though.

I never ever said they fail. They just aren't making enough. All we have gotten are Batman and Superman films. I love DC way more than Marvel, but Marvel Movies have a plan while DC is in chaos because Batman ended, Superman is coming, and that's it for 3 years. Superman is their last film for 3 years. Marvel has established many heroes onscreen, while DC has established Superman in the past, but are currently trying to and Batman has been established, but has ended.
Short summary: DC is struggling to create a universe in the film world. Marvel has great films and is making a universe. DC has great films out, but not many movies featuring more than two heroes. Out of those two, Batman has been ultimate while Superman is struggling onscreen. This film will change that, I'm sure, but DC is in a mess because they focus to much on two heroes. They need to revamp their movies and I think they are after Superman does his thing.

When I heard that the Man of Steel trailer would play in The Dark Knight Rises I was ecstatic, but after this trailer I was really disappointed. I guess I expected to see a little more of whats to come than this. I'd say this is more of a teaser than a trailer

Yea i was a bit disappointed in this teaser but the actual trailer that was played in san diego comic con was epic
