Oke first of all please no flaming this is serious...!

Right know i'm working in one of Electronic company as an IT Officer with a good salary and comfort environmental working area and also unlimited internet usage

but i kind a bored in here because there is no challenge any more, everything went well... then i try searching another job in the internet and... what do you know... one of the biggest automotive company (Hon**a) invited me to interview and luckly they accepted me and offering me a good position and off course also a good Salary...! but in the other hand i also worried and confused.

I wondering to my self... will in the new workplace can be the same with current working area...?

~ Would i get the same environment and comfortable condition...?
~ Would i also get unlimited internet usage/access like now...?

if it's not... then i would'nt be comfort and definetly i'll be demotivated and also my performance will be decreased, and the last... it'll blocking my self to improved

that's what scares me and that's why i'm still considering the offer...!

What do you think...? please give me some good reason so that i have a power to move on and have a courage to accepted the offer...!

well fistly congrats for you're new good job.dude.i think you need to cheack the environmental condition of that place.get in touch with the other workers of that place, talk to them about the condition and comfort they get in that place if they give you positives answers than join it orther wise stay where you are and have fun

But i'm still considering to accept it or not and from what i've heard...
it's a strict company with demand of total edication... and also.... *this is what i'm scared off* Working Under Pressure...!

but it's still just opinion from the one of my neighbour hood friend and his brother have worked there...!

stepping out of a comfort zone shows you what you really are made of. being stagnent in one place actually does more harm than good for you, and working under pressure will either make you or break you. if you feel that you are good enough, then go for it....growth only makes for a better person.
