Complete badass. Was a bit mishandled during the Punk Hazard arc. But he's definitely badass

Very good character. A loyal Marine, who serves and does his job well, but has honour and isn't above working with the enemy for a greater cause.

True. Im also pretty sure he used the same moves from earlier fights, i thought by this time he would have been able to manipulate his power better.

Smoker isn't badass. He's alright but not badass. And definitely not the most badass marine (current or not). Akainu & Aokiji (individually) shit on him.

P.S. Akainu has more of a chance to be the Garp to Luffy's Roger than Smoker ever will.
