When the chapter called "Gaara's Speech" the were all wearing different headbands. What is the symbol on their headbands mean?

It kinda says it in the manga that it means "Shinobi" to symbolize that there are no more villages and the entire world is in alliance against the Madara-Kabutomaru team.
