The saddest in my opinion was when Naruto's mom was saying bye to Naruto after they was catching up with each other, wow that was intense T.T

sad moments in anime hmmm I was never a big fan of the anime (in fact I forgot what it was called) but it had a pink hair chick with horns there was a crying moment in that one.

Jiriaya's death was the most emotional Naruto moment.

code geass was a good ending because you saw who Lelouch truly was. Light and Lelouch get a lot of comparisons but the way died showed you who they truly were. Lelouch was willing to let himself die for the sake of peace and to make up for all the people he killed. Lelouch knew he wasn't a good guy so he took himself out of the sake of peace. Light on the other hand was a coward who isn't much different from Tobi(selfish, uses people without a second thought, trying to control the world).
