[Discussion] What is the most gruesome group in anime/manga you have ever seen?

I guess you don't consider the dismembering of heads, twisting heads 720 degrees, or biting half a person's head off gruesome?

Never read the manga until the Chimera Ant Arc really but I'm pretty sure they didn't do that in the anime. I had assumed it remained true to the manga in that sense due to the fact it was Shounen. Then again the Toriko manga is also very violent yet the anime has been toned and remains shounen. Sorry for my ignorance. Anyways, can I have a scan of them doing any of that please?

I've read ookami no monshou. Its a mature manga about a Werewolf that attracts violence towards himself. There's like two rape scenes, its definitely the most gruesome manga I've read.
