Well maybe Space/Time ninjutsu would be pretty fast since Sasuke was able to avoid Deidara's suicide bomb via a sort of it.

Nagato's shinra tensei works as fast as his reactions so maybe that.

However that's not one of the 3
A or Gai using Taijutsu is probably the fastest form.

On a side note, what kind in susanoo? It came out of an eye technique so maybe it could be claimed to be genjutsu but it outsped Sasuke's Kirin, a lightning fast (literally) technique.

Well, we have some fast ninjutsus like amaterasu and shunsin etc.. But genjutsu must be fastest. They just need to look a sharingan user in the eye, or he can just use genjutsu on them using their five senses. it happens in an instant.

I'd say Ninjutsu, Flying thunder god or Rasengan, Naruto has gotten to the point where he can form a rasengan instantly... Ninjutsu > Genjutsu > Taijutsu, You need agility for Taijutsu, not just power. You need actual speed.

I understand what you saying
i was only reffering to the execution of taijutsu , i just think a punch is faster than a genjutsu or ninjutsu when confronting an opponent

Sharingan Genjutsu is fastest attack due to you just need look your target's eyes. No Hand seal, no activation time, you just need to make eye contact.
