For that reason, having a gay employee would be weird in a situation like that because not only do they lack qualifications necessary to coach others, but even if they did their sexual orientation would turn off future clients. Replacing them with a straight male with the same qualifications would only be a positive in those circumstances because they have personal experience in the field, something their gay counterpart lacks for all intents and purposes.
