I believe that a private business has the right to fire someone based on sexual orientation if it goes against the view of their company.
we have the right to free speech, but we don't have the right to protection from concequences in the private sector as the many examples of firings and things of that nature over words said.
I beileve the same applies to homosexuals. They now have a legal right to be married, but if doing so required the company to change their files then they should be able to fire those people on the basis of doing something the company doesn't agree with.
Disagree? Make free speech protected in the private sector
