I'm doing almost like you said but im going to normal boxing and a fitness studioI've been kind of chubby until my 15th. Source?
- kickboxing. 4 times a week. Imo, the best ways to lose weight is to attend intensive martial arts trainings. My dad started krav maga a month or 3 ago. He lost about 25kilos in the process.
-Also, run 3 times a week.
-Adjust your eating habit. More vegetables, meat ones a week, no processed meat. No soda or any other beverages with high crap value.
Plus i'm doing a protein diet
