So people what is the best way to loose weight ???
Shoud people just do extreme sport and eat normal food ??
Shoud the poeple change their food consume
Any special forms of diets like
Ohh yes protein diet ??

It is for a special project i want to collect your toughts

play sports eat right drink tea or watch just watch what you eat stay off the fat foods then you be ok

Hm... I think the best way would be to exercise, but not excessively, unless you wanted to get into real shape (toning and muscle gain). Along with that eating healthier, more fruits and vegetables, with decent portion sizes would also be best. Then try to substitute unhealthy drinks, like soda and energy drinks, for water and 100% fruit juices. That is what I would suggest if someone wanted to lose weight.

and do 1000 jumping jacks a day, five times a week

Height : 1.85
Weight : 87 Kilo
My diet pure old good protein diet

stay hydrated (water not energy drinks,there not good for your health)
Take in consideration your mass body index,height and weight.

This can be done using a calorie calculator and then adjust your diet to take meet the needs of your daily calorie intake which after using the calorie calculator is different for everyone

Eating the right foods based on your diet is whats important

You and everyone in the world still need 3 square meals a days with snacks here and there throughout the day like fruits and vegetables.

The only difference between you and another's diet is the amount of each meal not the number of meals.

As everyone has a different metabolism.

You can find your calorie needs online by googling calorie calculator

and of course some exercise since sitting around will do nothing to shed off the weight

the rest is up to you :)

40 Day Water Fast. How do I know? I'm finishing one up now. started 170 now 130 and I stop on Tuesday.

Good advice^^, however, be careful for fruit juices all the time, some actually contain either war too much acid(vitamine C) or fructose, which can be turned into regular sugar. So a couple of glasses are ok, not a couple of liters. Drink green tea, and water.


And to lose weight: EAT, it sounds strange, but eat. A lot, and good stuff. Healthy cereals when you wake up(EARLY), with fruits, water, yoghurt, vegetable. AS MUCH AS YOU LIKE.

EAT an apple around 10-11 a.m.

EAT small lunch around 12-13

Eat another piece of fruit in the afternoon around 15-16

Tea time with digestive biscuits, and green tea without sugar.

Dinner before 19:00 if possible. DO NOT EAT AFTER 20:00(Extremely important)



THIS, and regular exercise(burn at least a extra 700 calories. You will burn 1300 anyways, 700 gives you a normal healthy diet.
This is to get a healthy metabolism, and that's what does wonders.

ANOTHER thing: do not stop eating... you body will hog all sugars and fats it can get, and you will feel ****ty.

More so, eat pineapple... Digesting it takes a lot of calories.





If you want a personal diet. I do this for a living.



EDIT: the overdose of vitamine C is only bad for your teeth...

What is with cola light is that allowed there is a huge discussion about these light drinks
