For me if I have this ability, I want to posses all atribute of lightning and electric

I want to manipulate electric current like Electric eel does where is I can projecting lightning level of electric volt to shock my opponent

I want to shoot lightning bolt

I want to create lightning sword

I want to have lightning speed and its pure lightning like Buranchi did

Realistically speaking, lightning can pierce through earth easily and water conducts it. So, I do not see how earth/water> Raiton

all elements have a weakness & water is not weak to lightning at all.

earth & water are superior & dominant when used from source, where that weakness is all but eliminated
then both r good for defense & offense

wind & lightnig r only offensive, but r fast

fire is slower than wind/lighning & is a tactical tool at best
