Im talking about the lady captain (Lola) the straw hats saved in the Thriller Bark arc and she gave luffy the Vivre Card.....what if her mom was the female Emperor/Yonkou?

Bro it could really be something that can happen, luffy messes with "Big Mams" territory and they get into a fight and just as shes about to kill luffy she sees the vivre card only to find that it is her daughters vivre card (Lola)......

that would be a introduction for her, in my oppinion i dont see a great plot for her unless its what i guessed, since she did say her 'MAMA" is in the New World

i don't think luffy would challenge someone n not defeat them unles that someone has a bigger role to play in the future..plus he has no grudge against the emperors neither would she unless hody is working for her (which i highly doubt)..she may even be thankful for getting rid of hody and VDD

2: She might believe Lola's on the island since Nami has part of Lola's Vivre Card.
