Though it would be awesome if she had Byakugou. Her new Sharingan + Byakugou seal combo would be deadly.

I see people complaining about Sarada's lack of influence in the drawing, but it's probably because they can't see her Dojutsu. It looks different, someone pointed out that it has more tomoe's than usual.

What's even more weird is the the Team still look like children, they don't even have head-bands on yet. What the Hell is Kishimoto doing yo :lol

I'm not so sure. I'd say the lack of a glowing ability already secludes her just like it did with Sakura and Naruto/Sasuke in the lategame. Next she'll take up 'support ninjutsu' you watch. Mitsuki Gaiden already did an apt job at displacing Sarada as the Moon in the symbolism aspect of things.

Feel like MS won't mean a thing compared to a Kyubi Cloak and Snake Sage Mode.

You don't see the obvious difference in that picture? She's the odd one out and I genuinely wouldn't put it past Kishimoto or the new writer to relegate the female again. Mitsuki Gaiden already started the job.

She's my favourite Uchiha and fav kid of this generation. It's just happened too many times before with this manga so i'm worried and assuming the worst. With the more revealing design, replacement as the 'Moon' in Mitsuki Gaiden and...this weird image, who's to say?

Let's just wait for these 'powers' to get put on panel beforehand. It's just Kishimoto drawing some art for the Volume 1 sale, its not a promotional poster for the series or anything. It's a gift for the people who buy it.

Ikemoto in vice versa has drawn multiple times for Naruto anniversaries, most of which had nothing to do with the actual story. It could be the same. These pictures raise a lot of questions, none of which have happened in the Manga (yet). It would probably be wise to wait until it happens on panel before we start deciding what's what, and who's what.

That's my best advice for your worries.

Snake Sage Mode has been shown to be much stronger than other known forms of SM. This is something Orochimaru the Sannin couldn't attain, for all we know Mitsuki may very well be edo-less Kabuto level. God knows what fanfic stuff they have in store for Boruto after this.

Here's hoping she can hold her own, but she would be the first in a very long line of female characters in shinobi teams to do so in this series.
