Im talking about his byakugan not the bijuu chakra I dont care about that. Its just they made it seem transplanted in the future now its awakened. They just dont give a damn.

Well we are jumping to conclusions here. There is nothing that says there can't be more than one time skip. The panels we saw in the 1st issue look like adults some 15 16 years down the road.

This image looks like they might be 14 or 15 so maybe a few years later. As for Boruto's Byakugan, even though there's a scar over the eye it may be just that-a scar. Perhaps he naturally awakened the Byakugan or maybe he lost a battle and had them ripped out and managed to get them back in Wich they were surgically replaced he se the scar.

Let give this some time before we make conclusions.

Also people please stop jumping to conclusions. Who says Baruto is sporting the Kuubi cloak? Honestly his eyes here look more like the Tenseigan than the Byakugan. And the Tenseigan also comes with a cloak. It just is t blue like Toneri's probably because of his father Naruto and having some of that Kyuubi chakra in his DNA.
