For me it would be to stop procrastinating. I don't know how to do it but perhaps I need a mindset shift. First thing is I should stop the pressures of a deadline because that is what makes me procrastinate. Second I need to create an environment where I can focus on what I should do. So today what I'm going to change is how excited I am about the work I'm about to do. I'll do that by watching motivational videos right now to get myself pumped.
