What is one thing you could change today to improve your overall quality of life?

For me it would be to stop procrastinating. I don't know how to do it but perhaps I need a mindset shift. First thing is I should stop the pressures of a deadline because that is what makes me procrastinate. Second I need to create an environment where I can focus on what I should do. So today what I'm going to change is how excited I am about the work I'm about to do. I'll do that by watching motivational videos right now to get myself pumped.

Everything has a why. Society is obsessed with what we do and not why we do it. That's why we go to school, get good grades to work a job for the next 40 years. By the time we're at the end of our life we realize we live our whole lives listening to everyone but ourselves and we never actually lived life. Society has standards for who you should be, how you should be, what you should do, what you should think etc. Those subconcious boundaries get pushed on us and we never question them. You think you should be a certain way but that's only because you're convinced the way you are is not appropriate. You should question yourself, yes but don't do something for no reason.

Life starts with why, it comes before how, when, what or who.
