Sasuke has part of Hagoromo's chakra.. Hagoromo's chakra is the equivalent of the jubbi. The jyuubi chakra is the equivalent of Senjutsu....

Idk about Juubi PS or Bijuu PS so I'm not gonna argue that. By Senjutsu means Sage techniques. Absorbing NE combining it with your attacks is Senjutsu. Naruto uses Senjutsu when in Sage Mode. Sasuke does have Senjutsu he had Senjutsu with Curse Mark. Hagoromo chakra is different from Senjutsu.
