What is music to you?

Title says it. Is music just something you just listen to? Or does it mean more to you?

Music to me is a blessing. I play acoustic guitar and sing, and music is something that I can pour all of my passion into, not just something to sit and nod my head to.

Depends what kind of music.

Classical music is more something that I take more deeply.
Rock and Techno is more like a feeling of awesomeness while you play or whatever.

To me music is something you/artist use to let those inner "feelings" out.
Music is something you use for stuff you aren't allowed or can't really speak about and to tell that to the world.

Find your genre man. Music can be an escape for some people. I have a hard time talking about my problems so my way of venting is making music.
