What is Life-Force in Naruto?

Although it will most likely never be confirmed...what do you think 'life-force' in Naruto entails?

This is my personal opinion on the subject...

Chakra—Physical Energy + Spiritual Energy

Stamina—Overall Physical Energy+ Overall Spiritual Energy

Life-force—Overall Chakra+Overall Stamina…Once this hits zero, you are dead.

Life force is physical energy which RM naruto juubi jins hashirama asura and asura trans and senjus etc have a lot of spiritual energy is to create form from nothingness which sasuke uchihas indra indra trans juubi jins etc have a lot of susanoo is spiritual energy which is why it takes a specific form and only uchihas can do it cuz they have a lot of spiritual energy and can awaken MS normal shinobi combine physical ands spiritual energy to mood chakra but unlike the people mentioned above they don't have excess of either one however shinobi can make use of these specific energies to use special techs like the Nara clans shadow jutsus are done with spiritual energy and the akimichi clans expansion jutsus are done with physical energy medical ninjutsu is also done with physical energy

I believe it's just the span of their life. It's suppose to be some underlining stuff that just was never talked about. That's why they always say Uzumaki's tend to live for a long time.
