The twin lightning blade has never actually been used outside of the video game, otherwise your guess would've been partially correct. It sounds like you've picked the techniques he's best known for. So if I were to have to choose a single most powerful technique he has is obviously the Mangekyo Sharingan's special ability.

i think the difference between raikiri and chidori is he copy raikiri from someone (lightning country) i forgot his name and chidori is his jutsu,kakashi create chidori if im not mistaken..

I really doubt he copyed raikiri from someone....

At first I believed that Chidori and raikiri were different but they are the same. its just kakashi cut once cut through lightening with his raikiri and since then he called it "lightening blade/edge/cut (which ever u prefer)
And when Kakashi uses his raikiri, its kinda deeper blueish color then chidori and actually sounds different (not really like chirping birds)

If you think about it. In the recent Shippuden Anime episodes, he's shown Naruto how to use a chidori. He originally started off with something that looked like a rasengan, and utilizing elemental manipulation changed its structure to match that of chidori. I believe he did it from watching Yondaime.

no he stated that lightning blade was the only move that he created and if you read kakashi gaiden he started of with chidori then it became young light and then it became lightning blade name for when he cut a bolt of lightning that was going to destroy the village so as i was saying he started out with chidori then keeped on training and then it finaly became a fulflegde raikiri
