What is Kakashi's best technique?

It was stated once before that Kakashi honed nearly 10,000 techniques. From which episode I do not remember merely that it was earlier on in the series. Which of these techniques do any of you prefer? My own choice is definitely the lightning blade [Chidori] Merely due to the fact that he gathers lightning into the palm of his hand and strikes using lightning as an actual hand held weapon.

Funny. I always thought they were the same. Or is it that when Sasuke uses it, it is called "chidori" and when Kakashi uses it it is called "Raikiri" Although I do remeber reading the different ranks of both techniques. Chidori is class A and Raikiri is class S.

i think the difference between raikiri and chidori is he copy raikiri from someone (lightning country) i forgot his name and chidori is his jutsu,kakashi create chidori if im not mistaken..

You are correct. He stated that this was the only jutsu that he had that was his. Just before attempting to chidori Zabuza and mistakenly striking Haku.
