i have a feeling he is receiving a TON of chakra from obito becoming the the new juubi jinchuriki. the last time we saw him was before obito became the new sage. With the juubi now inside obitos body, you would think the kamui dimension would get a huge chakra boost with all of the natural energy that is around now.
