Seriously he is out of chakra... and very tired not even mentioning that he is wounded badly..., maybe he passed out and is sleeping peacefully.

Then when he awake he will use Kamui and make great return on battlefield.

Besides Even if Kakashi has enough of chakra for just one use of Kamui, then his return would be pointless and he is currently in much better place to rest and regenerate then at battlefield. He knows that currently he would be just one problem more for Naruto and Edo Hokages and he deosn't want to become another garbage in way of Naruto/Sasuke/Edo Hokages(I know he doesn't know about Sasuke/Edo Hokages but still about Naruto he know) and he probably think that resting a bit and comming back at full power he can be much more usefull to Shinobi Alliance even if he come back later... that is called strategy and clever not mind, instead of charging forward without thinking what will happen to me.

Moreover Kakashi can stay there on purpouse in case Obito begin to use Kamui again so Kakashi will wait for him there to give him some pain and maybe even help Shinobi Alliance/Naruto to give Obito final blow...

Kakashi will always find a way to fodderize Obito U_U It's a tradition now.
Probably he is resting and accumulating chakra to make his come back.

Like most said, he's probably just gathering chakra, he's resting so that when the time comes he can be useful.
And also he could be waiting on that side for Obito to use Kamui again, and attack him.

Honestly, I'm curious to see how is he gonna come back, because he used Kamui to send things to the dimension, he never used it to travel between both dimensions, because he doesn't have enough chakra to maintain it and use it that much.
