These are the reasons why Obito stomps.... and I am by no means an Obito fan

• Obito's genjutsu which soloed Mizugakure (and you can arguably call this his Tsukiyomi), is far more impressive than Itachi's Tsukiyomi which would not affect him.
• Intangibility ensures that Amaterasu would not land and with the Sharingan, Obito can see build up of chakra in Itachi's eyes for heads up.
• Warping can give Obito a stealth advantage and he could instantly teleport into Itachi's Susano'o and end him like that.
• Izanami :|

Only point I disagree on is the Obitos genjutsu far more impressive than Itachi-samas. Itachi controlled time and space. ,, 3 days in Tsukuyomi was a mere second, and a sec in Tsukuyomi was not the usual second.. Controlling space, he could do whatever he wanted in there, his feats are bare minimum even, in comparison to Obitos feat over the mizukage.. He is in my book the greatest genjutsu user.. with all the genjutsu in his arsenal

The Totsuka takes quite some area. So unless Obito manages to go completely intangible in time he will get hit
And even if Obito goes into his susano that doesn't necessarily mean he can beat him head on.

then what? itachi not knowing kamui is connected to a dimension couldnt plan accordingly. if his clone gets sucked in he would have no idea what just happened. if the clone does attack obito, obito can go in kamui and kill him. or after he realizes its a clone kill it immediately.
