Nah, I'm pretty sure it's a chakra construct that he manipulated into the form of a humanoid being. So, he basically "formed" the Bijuu's chakra.

The energy in sasuke's susano is actually just a chakra construct if all the bijuu's chakra that sasuke is manipulating. You could say it is juubi level as instead of the gedo mazou sasuke is using his susano as the construct. If this is true than it would imply sasuke can take all this energy into himself and become a juubi jinchuriki. One could ask why not just do that now, well the thing is that chakra construct is just made up of the bijuu's individual chakra's not the bijuus themselves so sasuke could not become a juubi jinchiriki or perhaps he can, it would depend on how similar the structure of the gedo mazo is to a susano.

He's not a jin he just absorbed the chakra not the bodies that's why he's not using tbb or anything not sure if he can't tho but I think he just took there chakra because they are still sealed in CT if the bijuu are in sasukes susanoo the bodies I mean the CT lose their cores and disappear and sasuke likes to be original
