What is Hawkeyes power?

do his swords carry power? like im confused

He, like Zoro, uses his muscles and strength when making a slash to "push" the air in the form of a slash-like projectile.

Just a great swordsman with attacks that are similar to Zoros, he can project his slashes like Zoro can but on a bigger scale

You must have never read the comics or watched the movie he is an elite shield assassin he is highly highly almost superhuman in the skills of accuracy and he is almost like the bad guy called bulls eye he can pretty much hit any target.

It might be true that his sword holds certain power, after all isnt it in another class than Zoros swords? Still, in the hands of anyone but him (or Zoro) it would suck most likely.

It's just a sound effect. As far as we know, it's not anything special. It's a common effect in anime with blades.

True, there are a few other swordsmen who could weild it but Hawkeyes is known as the best so he gets the best from the sword.

He has no special power as far as I know and I sincerely hope he does not have any. He is simply the strongest swordsman in the world who uses one of the highest quality swords in the world. That's it. His slashes are just so powerful they can cause razor-sharp pressure blasts/vacuum projectiles to be released when swung.
