No, it didn't. Minato did nothing different in the scope of the technique other than the fact that the kunai was moving. You simply read a slightly incorrect translation and are stupisly defending something that those of his with an above-13 year old reading comprehension can understand is being shown.

I think I'll just go ask Tsuchi to close this.

Ok stop bothering me minato said it was ftg lvl 2 there is nothing more to argue

So... Suppose my theory of stationary Vs stationary AND moving teleporting can be tossed the the side too? .-. thought I was onto something...

I do acknowledge your perspective though... Even tho some may not... But let's be civil hidden base members--O.K. ? XD

Maybe is speed is and teleporting speed is increased, as we saw, tobi was easily following is regular FTG, whereas in lvl 2, he didn't even noticed that minato appeared at his back and rasenganed him, instantly that tobi didn't have time to react and dematerialise himself.

agree

Oh, and you have a better translation than the scanlators? Then apply for a translating job(they actually give them out lol) instead of trolling like a jackass and a douche.

So far he's shown the page where it says FTG level 2 4 times, and you have'nt shown your better translated version even once, so fck off.

There is no Level 2. The word used ther could mean level, stage, or steps. The proper translation should have been ''Hiraishin has two steps!' which is the application of the seal/throwing of the kunai with the seal and teleporting to it.

This. At first i thought something different but after a bit of research, i came to this.
Tobi also somewhat confirms this

I am being a douche, true, but it's hard not to get annoyed when someone ignores seemingly intentionally something basic you're trying to tell them.
Actually, I'm not that fluent in Japanese. However, both translators over on the Naruto wiki and the popular Naruto Base translator (Kirin Rei) have shown repeatedly that scanlators make quite a few mistakes. And as I pointed out like 5 times, the only thing wrong there is the words 'level two', because the word used there could mean;

-levels
-stages
-steps

In that context, it would be rather dumb to think he's saying 'level 2' when there is nothing different about the technique.

To give you an idea, here are some examples of random things that even the best scanlator (in my opinion) *********** has done:

-In the chapter where Madara is Edo'ed, they translated him as saying "Edo Tensei? Butisn't that technique known as an atrocity against the flow of life and death in the universe?" What he actually said was "Edo Tensei? You mean this isn't Gedo Rinne Tensei?" So much fluff...

-When Mabui was describing why the 3rd Raikage was able to be transported with her Transfer technique, Managstream translated "The 3rd was the only one who could move with this technique. His skin was like steel and his blood like iron! If even his son couldn't do it, surely you'll die Tsunade", when Mabui never said anything about his blood and Mabui actually said that A could probably do it (which he did)

-And the worst offender was when *********** translated Tobi as saying to Konan that the Sage of the Six Paths used Iazangi, when Tobi said that the Sage used his special ability called the Creation of All Things.

And don't get me started on SleepFan's translations...

No, I'm going to RAGE ALL NIGHT...damn, too tired. x)

In the morning when I'm not using the site via my phone, I'll post the literal translation for what was said there, though it's kinda useless.

I agree, this makes the most sense.

Level two is teleporting to a moving object, during that whole Kubi/Tobi attack episode we kept seeing Minato teleport to areas around stationery kunai that have already been planted on the ground or hanging on a string, when he used level two, he was able to teleport to the space around a moving Kunai without the kunai ending up inside his chest or something, lol.

Basically, level two is teleporting to moving the space around moving objects.

It's simply teleporting to a moving object, nothing more. You can call it a stage/level/step it really doesn't matter because the concept is the same.

allows the user to teleport to a moving object, hence why tobi said he teleported to the moving kunai.

Relax bro, you gave the best answer, if people aren't going to listen, then that's their problem. If you get worked up so easily, people will just troll you and you will et even more pissed, like with that Rapid guy who repeated the same sh*t over and over and pissed you off.

Ftg 2 is "Ftging to Ftg" meaning while you are teleporting, you teleport again to a second kunai, its like teleportation speed times x2, which should be impossible but not in naruto world.

1. Maybe teleporting in mid air

2. bringing an object with you when you teleport?

just thinking outside the box.
