Yeah i can see that happening but it would feel like a repetition

Sasuke doesn't represent the darkness though and Sarada is Sasuke but with Naruto's goal.

I do think Boruto is involved in the destruction of the village in some way and will likely be resented for it. He may turn to darkness for the answer.
