Well It's a signature of kakashi, it must epic.

Thanks for agreeing

That's Satellizer L. Bridget in your profile pic, isn't it? It's cool (regardless of who it is, but Satella just increases its points).

Some of my best friends happen to be my cousins (3 of them).

We grew up together. Outside of them I only fk with 1-2 people.

Age 20 in a similar boat. I've got my roommates, my coworkers and 1 person I can genuinely call my best friend. Since high school, my quantity of friends has drastically changed, mainly by my choice. I pushed people away because I preferred being alone since most of the people I knew were shitty. Either too selfish or just used a person, they had a strange definition of the word "friend" that didn't ditnmy dictionary. It is lonesome at times but it's better than not having genuine friends.

I don't fault you for not having friends. There was a solid 2 years where I had no friends and I did things alone too. Not all bad and puts you at peace. Though personally, I couldn't handle it long. I'm more pessimistic than optimistic. My best friend is my only friend from high school and she pretty much got me away from my lonesome hell and inspired me for the better. She's kinda like the Naruto in my life if you think about it Lol. Anyways, nothing wrong with not having friends (especially if it's by choice) but having friends will always be better in my book.

Lol, last year I had lots of mates(it was a mixture of secondary school and college). But then I decided to cut them off one by one because they were either annoying, hurt me too much that I couldn't get over the things they did in the past or I have no longer feel any attachment towards them. I think, I have around 5 real life mates now.

I think we all want/need friends of some sort. It wouldn't make sense to post in a thread like this saying otherwise because that only serves to draw 'unwanted' attention to you. Of course, it is different online than outside...

I also didn't like having friends. But its a need.
My "friends" do the following :-

1) Keep me updated on latest news (like gossip) and also new job openings / college courses etc
2) I can talk to them and get comfort and advice in my times of distress
3) They hang out with you when you are going crazy or are absolutely free

I realised that when I used to roam around alone. I was seeing all these wonderful places but yet I earned to share. That is when I learned that I needed people. That's all I have to share with you at this point.

OT: All the people on this thread may as well be Indra transmigrants

being alone is better than being in poor company. however i must say that having real true friends enrich your life so much more. You get a better perspective and better connection to the world. It's all about allowing other people to be part of your life and sharing experiences together, painful ones or joyful ones.

I don't have any friends anywhere, never had any, I mean there are people who consider me their friend, but they just know my various personas, when I say the word 'friend' it means a lot, not something you can just throw around, unfortunately not everyone feels the same, when they throw around words like like best buddies and bff, what they mean is bff *as long it's convenient to me-they're idiots. (spoiler: they don't know it)

Idk why people bother though, once you get used to loneliness you start liking it and wonder why you ever meddled with what these people call friendship, being alone is better, it's constant it's real and it will never disappoint you, I can confirm that.

But I guess they are too cowardly to even step out of their safe zone and face things for once-alone, so they just talk-people suck.

after reading all the comments i must say that humanity is going down the drain Lol no socialization,no friends, rather being alone....

it wont be long till each individual is plugged on a super computer where he can live his individual life undisturbed Lol

having said that,i am also like that...a loner and partially a hater of humanity Lol

i have a few good friends...like three-five...but most of the time i am alone and i can never really be who i really am,only if i am by myself

A lot of people my age 18-25 are absolute narcissists due to social media. I tend to hang around with a select few and even they get on my nerves. I'm old fashioned I guess. I just don't see the point in going out just to get intoxicated and vulnerable only to regret it anyway.

I guess part of the reason is that people are so judgemental and untrustworthy. They also like to gossip a lot to. Sometimes when you go to places they don't even look at you or ask you how you are doing. It kinda sucks being around people who are like that.

Lol I don't think i have ever had friends. I don't attach myself to anyone anymore. All the people who were really important and influential in my life have either been killed or died. I tend to be as emotionless as i possibly can be.....

If I were to lose all my friends? Well, most of my friends and I have a mutual affection that's akin to family. If I were to just lose them all, I'd be pretty depressed.

If you're asking what it'd be like if I spent all of my life without friends, well, that's pretty depressing all in its own. But not having something hurts a hell of a lot more if you used to, so it's possible I'd find some quality of life aside from social intimacy if I lived all of my life without it.

No its not being afraid its lack of. As the years go by i care less and less about anything or give interest.......Emotion seeps out and doesn't come back. True story. I have made more friends on NB than i ever had and some of these people have never met me nor have I met them. But i don't have a friend or friends that i can see and talk to on a daily basis. Right now in my life i am just doing what i can to make sure my business takes off. My aim now is to make friends through business.....

The greatest class of human beings....are those who can turn their own solitude into a weapon U_U Isolating yourself from humanity can actually benefit you if you're able to handle it, problem is not many people can.
