Terrain: A parrallel universe where Ragna and Pein do not settle the quarrell peacefully.

Deva points his left hand at Ragna and his right hand at one of the large palm trees surrounding the pond. By waving both waving arms upward he causes both Ragna and the tree to be pulled toward him in high upward arcs with his gravitational control. As Ragna is being pulled away from the ground Preta forms a handseal to transform himself into a smaller, lighter version of himself about 2ft tall that is grabbed by Asura. Asura also produces many mechanical arms from his body at once which all meld together into one powerful pair of massive arms. He leaps toward his airbourne prey, propulsion jets active on his arms to make his movement fast and intercept Ragna in midair. He raises his giant right arm and delivers a bone-shattering downward punch on top of Ragna, the immense force sending him crashing into the ground like he was shot from a cannon. As this happens Deva quickly lowers his right hand, causing the palm tree rising behind Ragna at the time to fall abruptly and collide with Ragna on the ground, crushing him beneath it.
(Bensho Ten’in) - Universal Pull

Description: The user is able to use Deva Paths gravitational abilities to pull something to them. The user will use his hands to focus the direction and the target his wishes to pull towards him. Unlike Shinra Tensei, this technique isn't an omnidirectional effect but rather a precise one. The user is able to pull anything he can perceive towards him. In certain uses, the user will be able to direct the pulled target as its being pulled into large arc-like movements, but will always end up pulling them towards him. The technique follows the same nature of Shinra Tensei but used on a focused manner and instead of pushing, pulling the enemy.
Note: Once used, takes 1 turn cool down to use gravitational related techniques again.
Note: Can only be used by Rinnegan Bios with the (Tendō) - Deva Path active
(Henge no Jutsu) - Transformation Technique

Description: The user produces 100 arms from his body which combine into a single pair of arms, increasing their size and armor to hulking, armored proportions; each arm being five times the user's size. These arms possess the focused strength of a 100 arms and can vent jets of chakra from them like the Chakra Propulsion Boots technique for increased maneuverability and striking power. The monstrous strength gained by this technique rivals Tsunade's at her best. Each arm can withstand one A rank attack before being destroyed. An attack with one arm deals A rank damage, both arms deal S rank damage, and neither count toward the user's three moves per turn.

Ragna was suddenly pulled by the Deva Path. He glanced back as he heard the sound of a tree being uprooted. This prompted Ragna to cross two of his swords as he flew toward the Six Paths of Pein. Once Asura, and co are within short range, their chakra would be sapped, and they would be unable to perform any techniques above A rank after having half of their chakra sealed. (I honestly don't know what range I am from anyone else besides Asura and Preta. xD)
If Asura and Preta were to continue, Ragna would release lightning from all over his body in a 5 meter radius, shocking Preta, Asura and most likely destroying the tree behind Ragna. He would quickly switch gears and channel wind chakra throughout his body and use the momentum of the pull to finally uncross his blades and perform a powerful wind based slash with his sword to kill the Asura path.

( Fūinjutsu: Seikatsu Kekkai ) – Sealing Technique: Living Barrier

Description: The user takes out two bladed objects and crosses them. This creates a seal that seals away 50% of the chakra of any opponents within short-range of the user, allowing them to use only upto A-rank techniques.
Note: Sealing Method lasts 2 turns maximum.
Note: If the opponent moves out of short range, he regains his original abilities
(Raiton/Fuuton: Dimenshon toguchi) Lightning/Wind Style: Dimension DoorTypeefense/Attack Rank:Forbidden Range:Short-Mid Chakra:50 Damage:90 (-50 to user) Description: This is a very rare and unique type of jutsu, not only combining both lightning and wind into a combo, but also utilizing kenjutsu. The user will take out his sword while at the very same time release lightning all from his body that begins to circulate in a 5Meter radius all around the user. The lightning courses through the air and the ground as it spins paralyzing any and everybody caught in the radius of the lightning. The lightning is non focus so all it does is paralyze. Once the user has paralyzed their intended target they will begin to quickly channel wind chakra all throughout their body and into their sword. Once done the user would dash with great speed towards the opponent delivering a fatal horizontal slash towards their opponents Mid Section with the sword infused with wind. The user uses the wind that gathered around their body to augment their speed Increasing their speed , though still trackable to the nake eye The moment the user begins to channel wind chakra and dash the lightning stops circulating allowing the opponent to freely move without being paralyze Though it would still be a delay in the opponents reaction (Around a second, enough time to properly counter) . This jutsu is considered forbidden due to the huge amount of lightning chakra the user has to emit, while adding wind chakra to the combination it makes the jutsu a drastic chakra drainer. Leaving the user with mass fatigue.
