Kakazu was in there. Remember when Darui was fighting Kinkaku and Ginkaku, and Kakazu said, "He transformed? Who kill Ginkaku." [Something along those lines.] We can infer that Tobirama killed Ginkaku, thus making Kinkaku transform. By what Kakazu said, he must have seen it before. Maybe when he was fighting Tobirama?!?!? Madara might have been in the Kinkaku force at the time just too kill Tobirama also. Anyways, even if they were not in there, it was 18 elite ninja. Anbu level. Plus Gin and Kin which had the Tools of the Sage. No one would win that battle.

pre Rinnegan Obito I don't think so, if there are 2 of them and each one is physically very strong, too strong for Obito to hold, Obito won't get a chance to warp them into Kamui dimension.
Pain without Chibaku Tensei, not a chance, Kinkaku himself against the allied Shinobi force was about as impressive as Pain invading Konoha, if not even more, I see Chikabu Tensei the only way Pain can take down these two.
however the best person to take them down I believe would be Itachi, Amaterasu and Totsuka Sword both are very good options against big strong durable targets, while Susanoo is there for defense.

You're overestimating Itachi. He cannot take two of them. One, Definitely, but two? I doubt it. Amaterasu probably doesn't work against them. People keep forgetting that they can use their chakra to protect themselves. Do you think that Amaterasu works on Sasuke if he had Susano'o? Same thing goes for Jinchuuriki that can use V2 or higher, they can protect themselves with chakra extensions. e.g. Just like Gaara protected himself with sand, Jinchuuriki can use their chakra extensions to block amaterasu (assuming they're fast enough to react).

Most of you guys Tobirama is a random fodder because he lost to 20 shinobi of which 18 are unknown. But if they are Akatsuki level, than even Madara or Hashirama can't take 20 of them.
So Tobirama is not a fodder because he died to 2+18 nameless shinobi.

Why do people say kinaku and jinkaku were part of them? It was the kinkaku unit, doesn't mean either of them necessarily was there. Team 7 doesn't have to have all 4 members in it at all time.

Tobirama is not fodder..... They were Elite Shinobi who trained together and learned team work, they are a organized group of Elites nothing more, maybe not to far from Akatsuki level Shinobi.

Bee substituted out of it and you can see he didn't take any damage from it. He successfully blocked it but he didn't want to show himself again for obvious reasons.

yes Bee helped 8 tail to counter it but it doesn't mean 8 tail didn't take any damage from Amaterasu, plus if Sasuke didn't cut and kept burning, it would be a different outcome.

In terms of skill, they'd have to be at least Kakashi level, especially after seeing him level out and beat MS Izuna.

full bijuus have skin. V2 jins have a chakra shield similar to susano

except that would be baseless as tobirama would have gone down in history as having done so and ginkaku wouldnt be so disdainful of tobirama and outright said they defeated him

Those 18 other guys where highly skilled jounin criminals like Kinkaku and Ginkaku.
