No. His ems won't give him a ms technique unique to kakashi. Sasuke most likely will only have his 3 normal ms techniques and no more...

It's kakashi's ms space time ninjutsu. He used it against deidara a bit after part 2 started. Then again against pain to save choji and protect himself from a nail. Then lastly against sasuke to protect him from susanoo's arrow. High speed spn that teleports an object that the eye looks upon into a unknown space. Similar to tobi's jutsu.
