1st- is it an unfair exchange??...if yes state why plz...

2- who would be stronger : naruto with sharingan or sasuke wigth kiyubi?

Sasuke would vastly outclass Naruto.

Naruto's abilities were way more impressive to match Sasuke's natural talent. Sasuke with RSM would be far better than Naruto with the Rinnegan.

Sasuke did more with less similar to Itachi.

So with all that if Sasuke took control of the kyuubi and got all the powers Naruto did Sasuke would wrock Naruto purely because Sasuke is smarter and believes in developing his arsenal

Oops I forget, having kyuubi inside his body already taken his soul long ago because naruto is the one of special shinobis who survived kyuubi's wrath. So I guess sasuke wouldn't be able to live for 2 years while having kyuubi inside.

Naruto would technically have gained Indra's Chakra, and might ontain the Rinnegan. Sasuke, on the other hand, would only be a Jinchuuriki with no Doujutsu. We're not sure if Sasuke's body can handle Senjutsu (Madara needed a Hashirama face to manage it). Therefore, while Kyuubi Sasuke would be a weaker version of canon Naruto, this Rinnegan Naruto is essentially a stronger version of canon Nagato (Healthy Nagato in Sage Mode with Rasengan / Kagebunshin).

Sasuke not having Sharingan=not having the Uchiha curse of hatred so it is possible, but from what I heard above they said it was just switching powers not the story so if it is current Sasuke then I don't think he would have a problem with his dark side

The main character is always stronger than anyone he is opposite to no matter what the creator says because the creator shows us who is superior through his work not through his speeches to the fans.

And what ? Naruto unlike Kakashi has naturally big chakra pool, so this shouldnt be problem for him using/mastering Sharingan even not being genius.

Naruto isnt strongest in the series. Kaguya, Hagoromo and Hamura are more stronger than him.
