That already happened. Kabuto did exactly that which is why you see the term kabutorochimaru thrown around.
orochimaru's cells are trying to take over kabuto's body. but it never said that it was a reincarnation of orochimaru, kabuto just said that he was going to use the will of his own strength to overcome orochimaru's powers and use both his own and orochimaru's jutsu at his control. plus he's still evil.xd
Yep , but he is totally a different person , but evil too though . Though he thinks different it seems . Revenge for Orochimaru's death to Sasuke , and then a enjoyable fight with Naruto xD
