im just talking baout getting the 3 tome oro has enough he doesnt need all that other stuff really from the ms and rinnegan.....just with the ability to copy jutsu and see thing slower etc is more then enough to make him a serious threat

You need the Uchiha blood in order to use the Sharingan at it's fullest....your Chakra will easy drop into nothing after using two techniques.

Orochimaru could have easy got the Sharingan without difficulty if that was the case, but as you can see it isn't.

Even if he did get the Sharingan that way it wouldn't matter, you need Senju + Uchiha DNA to make it effective.
