It's not impossible, but I doubt it.

Obito's goal was to collect those bijuu and Madara had to make sure that this kid had enough knowledge on seals/techniques to accomplish that. And even if Madara didn't teach him everything, it's possible that Obito continued his study on seals, jutsu and family trees after his death, though that's just an assumption.

Madara and Obito had a plan, don't you think that Madara would teach Obito a thing or two about sealing techniques before sending him off to a mission?

thats like telling a soldier to go to a war without knowledge of what he might encounter.
